Photography is a life blood for me, among other things like artisian crafting, traveling and fishing. My love for art began in Germany where I spent my childhood years visiting castles and museums [Army Brat]. Later, in my teen years my fascination with art lead to me developing in interest in film photography. So while attending Leileihua High School located in Wahiawa, Hawaii, I took photography, graphic arts and visual art classes to include color, slide and black and white film processing. I transitioned from Army Brat to Solider. During my active duty service in the United States Army, I had access to a fully functional and equipped photography studio and darkroom to further develop my craft. Taking photos is a way to capture what I have no words for. From vast landscapes, to tiny lace details on a dress, I am frequently speechless at how much beauty is obvious and not so obvious around us. I love capturing images to hold onto what I find heart stopping and help others to see it too. Thanks for stopping by and taking time to check out my work. I’d love to hear from you.
My studio is conveniently located in the heart of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, just off interstate 12 at the Essen Lane exit. Nestled in a rural setting strategically located between both major interstate systems which allow easy access to anywhere in Baton Rouge including nearby residential communities. I service business, non-profits and individuals in East Baton Rouge Parish and the surrounding areas and I also have the ability to travel on location with a portable studio setup.
